This series was conceived and developed as a collaborative effort of three West Michigan business consultants.

Rebecca Bruns of Bruns Leadership Consulting, Kay Hubbard of Watershed Strategies, and Beth Kelly of Connexsource joined forces to create the podcast series for the Chamber. “We’ve all been successful using variations of this approach with our individual clients in other parts of the country,” said Hubbard. “We thought this would be a great way to give something back to the West Michigan community.” Additional services were provided by Mark DeRoo of Keystone Coaching and John Erskine of Hope College’s Department of Music.
