Leadership Lookout

Since the 1980’s I’ve been helping executives lead themselves, their teams and their firms to better performance. I like to say that I help executives who are having an issue with “planning their work or working their plan.” When called in to help, I begin with an indepth collaborative situation assessment. I find this nearly always leads to a more clear and focused purpose, including whether the issue is the plan, their team, or themselves.
